Spirituality

Spirituality is a universal phenomenon – all people seek meaning and direction in and from life’s events. Similar to the layers of an onion, spirituality consist of several layers of abstraction. The ultimate purpose of spirituality is to raise individual and collective consciousness.

Supported by extensive PhD-level research, The Holos Group utilised a holistic conceptual framework for considering all spiritualities consisting of four primary layers: level of consciousness (this determines a person’s ‘altitude’ for considering their spiritual experiences), spiritual beliefs, spiritual presence and, spiritual practices. This holistic conceptual framework can be applied to literally any systems and systemic issue. For example, the development of a high-performing work team or the resolution of the present climate change crisis.
