Utilising the social dialoguing technology of Circle from two pioneers of this way of working in organisations, you will learn how to create space for every voice to be heard. In that space you will learn how to discover people's stories in order to help people work together in ways that enable sustainable relationships.
Art of Organisational Innovation, Change & Learning - 26th - 27th August
Overview: Art of Organisational Innovation, Change & Learning is a training offered in response to the urgent need to develop high performance organisational cultures underpinned by more emergent approaches to harnessing workplace innovation for sustained change, learning and transformation. Using a range of social dialogue technologies, our focus together in this two-day experiential training is the exploration of new possibilities in organisational innovation, change and learning of a more emergent world.
