Integral Theory

Integral theory utilises the All-Quadrant-All-Levels (AQAL) operating framework developed by Ken Wilber. The framework facilitates the consideration of any issue from four primary perspectives (‘quadrants'): individual-interior, individual-exterior, collective-interior and, collective-exterior. Within each ‘quadrant’ infinite levels of perspective are possible with each perspective integrated and interdependent on all others. The AQAL operating framework provides The Holos Group with an eloquent method for considering any systemic issue.
